I appreciated the daily specials that showcased seasonal ingredients, and I must mention that the full Scottish breakfast, served each morning with a view of the sea, was a key aspect of my trip. The thoughtful selection offered a hearty start to the day. The bar, featuring a vast array of whiskies and craft gins, provided a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after exploring. The pleasant and attentive staff truly enhanced our stay, treating us with warmth and familiarity as we relaxed in the comfortable residents' lounge. Kames balances remarkable dining with a tranquil stay, and I look forward to returning soon. This hotel is a hidden gem for any food enthusiast seeking a memorable gourmet getaway.
